1  swanky upholstered headboard in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by orisun on: September 03, 2008 09:38:53 AM
So this is my first time posting and one of my first furniture type projects ever! My BF just moved into a CUTE one bedroom apt. and she got the idea to make a headboard, to top off her design. Looking to me, resident Bob the builder, I agreed to help! I was nervous but look what we did!!! Not bad for a first try!

We used panel foam which I had to tear apart cause there wasn't enough for the whole board. So we went back over the board with filling to make it puffier and to cover visable wood.
We didn't have to use anything to make the board higher the hight and width of the board were perfect.
We slid it right behind the bed and it's suported by the wall even at the caddy cornner
we added a few more demintions!
What do you think? Grin
