My first posted project! I made a diaper bag for a co-worker about 1-2 months ago. It's just a square-bottom tote with pockets. Pretty easy, but I've only done one other tote since sewing them in highschool (about 8 years-ish ago), so I was happy. I gave it to her the day we both left (me on vacation, her on maternity leave), so I told her to use it, and let me know what extras she wants. So it'll get updated with some pocket closures and a string tie (to tie an extra binky/pacifier to, just in case).
Without further ado ()...
and a view of the inside (she choose the material, and it turns out she liked the stripes I picked better! Yay!)
The squared upholstery material SUCKED to sew. I hated it. It puckered in one spot & I didn't have enough time to fix it. And my seams aren't too straight (who am I kidding, they are way lopsided and all over the place...).
But I'm still pretty proud. And since it's all cloth, she can just chuck it in the washer. Yay!
