ok i really like this and thanks for the tute! but somehow... i got turned around... well my design is on the inside of my thigh and i dont know how i pulled that off. but i am going to try again and this time not at 2 am! 

so i work at a salon and one of my co-workers is a HUGE morrissey fan. shse had this t-shirt for a few years and was all bummed cos she could only wear it to bed. it was like 3 sizes too big. so i took it off her hands and turned it into something that fits her. this is my first time setting eyelets but it came out ok. i wont see her till sunday so i dont have any action shots but here is what i do got.

the fabric was just 1 fat quarter i picked up from hancock fabrics for .99 cents

ok so my dh and his friends play on the xbox like every night either halo or call of duty. anywho his friend justin had a b-day and asked me if i would bake him a cake. this is what i came up with. the frosting is a weird mix of orange and green, the "blood" and "river" are made from sugar and corn syrup cooked to a hard crack stage i got the lil green army men from the grocery store toy isle and the birthday flag i just printed out from the computer and stuck a skewer in it. so yeah. c&c always welcome!

LOL thanks! yeah my hubby gave me a list of t-shirts he wanted from halo. sheesh! i wish i could crochet but all i can do is the basic chain and what not. no matter what i make it comes out lopsidded.

ok well incase you did not read the subjest topic i am super poor to the max right now. i can only work 3 days a week at the salon since i dont have a babysitter. so thats not really enough time during the week to collect a lot of tips. plus my 4 year old got really sick and i had to pay 240 bucks CASH for her meds. so that leaves me with... nothing! so i am making everyone shirts for christmas! yay! here are the four that i have finished and i have like 8 more to go! all the shirts are blue with one exception cos the blue shirts were on clearence for .50 cents at a store here in san antonio called fallas. (its like a factory 2 u) so anywho... here are the shirts

i used freezer paper. i dont know about you guys but since the discovery of freezer paper i dont even look at iron on transfers. even if you mess up on freezer paper it still looks better then the transfers. the girls were so excited! they loved the shirts when they woke up this morning. at the end of the day thats all that matters :p
