1  Re: Unicorn Swap - Rd. 2 - GALLERY in The Swap Gallery by Ceda on: October 14, 2012 10:19:37 PM
Oh my goodness, my computer hates me for some reason. I received my package from ...a while ago, but I couldn't get the photos uploaded. Now I'm finally able to share the amazing unicorns she made me!

The two of them together.

The cutest crocheted unicorn plushie ever! I love amigurumi and the colors are perfect. (Hooray for green horns!)

And, of course, somehow knew that my room wouldn't be complete without a unicorn to mount on my wall. Thank you so much !

I received my badges from BirdBones today! They came with their own story, so here it is:

I love them! I've decided that I can't risk any of my badges so all five of them are being turned into magnets! I can't wait to put them on my fridge.  Grin

Okay! It's picture time! I received my package from Miss Barbara while I was at work on Friday and, since I was heading down to my parent's place, I wasn't able to take any pictures. I've fixed that and now I'm gonna share all of my awesome goodies!  Grin
First off, this is how big the package was when it was sitting on my piano:

Isn't it huge? When I opened it this was the first thing that I saw:

The blanket is done up in my favorite colors and I can't wait to try it out this winter...if it gets cold enough. Cheesy
I also got this cute owl plushie as well! (I forgot to take a picture of the back, but the fabric used has cool post marks! Smiley)

Miss Barbara knew that I love collecting cows, so she sent me these earrings from her
personal jewelry stash and this awesome hanging organizer with cows on it!

I also got a cute fat quarter with a travel theme, a neato travel bag that looks like an envelope...

...and a nifty saucer with postage stamps.

Last, but not least, Miss Barbara sent me these cute little guys and gal:

Mom and dad zombies, Ozzie the rubber-ducky, Mr. String doll, and the adorable pillow-pet unicorn!

...I feel super spoiled, but the best part is that I get to use the stationary that Miss Barbara sent me for her next letter!

Yay! Grin

Thank you so much!

Here are the photos from the package that I sent Miss Barbara.
The whole package:

The mug rug:

The headband:

The felt box:

And the postcards:

I'm glad you like your package Miss Barbara! I was afraid I was overdoing the lady bug theme.  Grin

Yay! My computer decided that it liked me again! So here are the pictures of my awesome unicorn swag that I received from sheeshakaye!
First, everything in the box:

Next, a better view:

The shirt is amazing! It has the same quote printed on it that the note cards do.

'Wherever they may have come from, and wherever they may have gone, Unicorns live inside the true believer's heart. Which means that as lon as we can dream, there will be unicorns. - Bruce Coville'

The funny thing is...I loved the Unicorn Chronicles by Bruce Coville when I was younger! Cheesy So this is super awesome!

Sheeshakaye was also kind enough to send me some other...interesting unicorn paraphernalia:
Unicorn Poop (tastes great in most breakfast cereals) and those sparkly silver things tied together with a ribbon? Those are unicorn shoe nails and I think I'm gonna have a good time putting those on a necklace!

And, of course, what package wouldn't be complete without a couple of vials of unicorn blood and a hand drawn unicorn card?

I can't wait to use the unicorn blood on my next day off, I'm gonna love having sparkly nails! Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good picture of the shirt. T_T But it's super comfy! I really like my package, thank you soooo much sheeshakaye!

8  Re: Jar of Hearts - our digital jar in The Swap Gallery by Ceda on: November 23, 2011 02:01:38 PM
I received from my final partner, Butweed!
First, let me apologize about the blurriness of the picture. I really love this heart but I couldn't get a good picture of it.

You can't really tell from my picture, but the heart actually has a cute cut out of Usagi and Mamoru from Sailor Moon kissing. I love Sailor Moon and I'm sad that I couldn't get a better picture but I did find the image so I could show you.
So adorable!  Cheesy

This heart is awesome. I love the gold stars on the blue background.

Mmmm...braaaaains! I love zombies, so this in fantastic. Of course, on the other side is this:

I like the old flower ladies. They make me think of older flower sprites. Grin

I love my hearts soooo much! My jar looks so much better now...though it still has room for more!

All of my partners were so amazing, thank you all soooo much!

I'm excited to say that I received from HappieHina this weekend! Unfortunately I wasn't able to post pictures until today, but that just means I got to keep the awesome-ness of my stuff to myself for a little while longer. However, it is now time to share. When I opened my package this is what was inside:

When I picked the box up I was super worried because it was kind of heavy...then I saw the ramune...and the hand drawn and painted picture, and the super cute tin with Sailor Moon on it...and a little green box with the pluto symbol in it that had the cutest Sailor Pluto inside, and to top it off, a Hello Kitty mystery toy pack!!!

This is a close up of the picture Hina did...I absolutely love it!!! I'm totally making a Sailor Cosmos picture frame for it so I can hang it on my wall! Seriously, even if Cosmos wasn't my favorite character I'd still love this pic...it's just beautiful!

This is the super cute Sailor Pluto I got. HappieHina said something about her not turning out right, but I think she's perfect!

This is what was inside the Hello Kitty Mystery Toy packet. She's sooo cute! Cheesy

So, after I opened my Hello Kitty I thought I was done. Then I opened the tin (which I forgot to take a seperate picture of!! I'm so sorry!) and inside were these:

Sailor Pluto earrings (totally going to wear them on Wednesday to school!) and the key that Chibi-usa uses to travel through time. I think I might actually put that on a necklace... Grin

Thank you so much Hina!!! I'm actually in the same boat as Zenersy. I think the package you made me totally outdid mine for you.

Whoot! I got my hearts from honeyd on Saturday! My jar is looking pretty good!  Grin

The picture is kinda blurry since the heart is too small for my phone to pick up to well.

This one is my second favorite. It's pretty and purple and so soft!

This one is my favorite! I love the color it's sooooo cute!

With three partners down and one left, I can't wait to fill my jar!!!
