3  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / HELP ASAP - Metal Kitchen Cabinets on: September 13, 2006 01:45:56 PM
There is an old set of metal kitchen cabinets in my grandmothers home in which were painted with white epoxy about a year ago. Yesterday my grandma decided she wanted the cabinets blue to better match her kitchen decor and new tile she just put down so she bought blue spray paint and tried to spray paint over the epoxy. Well the paint bubbled and looked like a mess so myself and another one of her granddaughters tried to scrape the blue off and go back over it with white so it wouldnt look so bad. the problems is that we cant get all the blue off. Anyone have any suggestions on what can be done to get these cabinets back white and not looking so cobbled and messy??
4  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Discussion and Questions / Re: turning old tanks into toddler dresses on: May 22, 2006 07:31:44 PM
Well, I dont have any suggestions for this one but when I read about Kay being in a size 12 months at her age and you saying she was growing out of the 12 months sizes but to thin for the 18 months I couldn't help but chuckle. My daughter Kara is the same way. She is over 2 years old and still wears 12 months in the waste. We have had major problems finding clothes for her as she needs size 18 months to fit her in length but they fall off her and the 12 months fit in the waist but dont even reach her ankles. HAHA!
