1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Mini-totes for my mini-girl on: March 29, 2013 01:03:59 PM
Since I am a fan of American Girl dolls and LLBean Boat Totes, I decided that I could combine the best of both and create mini-totes for my granddaughter's doll.  I based them on http://daydreamdollboutique.blogspot.com/2012/04/scrap-saver-18-doll-stylish-tote-free.html# and added the characteristic LLBean trim.  The doll loves them and so does my granddaughter!
2  UNITED STATES / New Jersey / Fabric Store in Lakewood, NJ on: October 17, 2008 12:12:56 PM
Has anyone had any experience with Stitch N' Sew Centre on East County Line Rd. in Lakewood, NJ?  My husband had to through Lakewood on business and he found this store, stopped, and got a sewing machine part that we have not been able to find anywhere!  He was so impressed with this store that he had to call and tell me about it...but alas! we live in Essex County and don't usually get to Lakewood.  There is a website www.stitchnsewcentre.com.
Now I need to go and check out this place!!  Sounds good.  They have tons of fabric and sell and repair Singer machines and others.  If my husband is impressed with a fabric store, it must be good.  Usually these places give him a big yawn!!
