The program I used was Adobe photoshop 7. It is a very easy look to pull off, I bet you can do it Solarwen!

I was having a little trouble positioning her on his arm, ha. I will probably have to reposition her body in photoshop :<. Thank you both for the critique!

I am back again, this time I have something finished! This first piece was does as a gift for a friend.

and this one was a doodle I have been working on, taken an interest in Harpies Smiley.
