1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Clothing company help on: January 19, 2010 03:48:21 PM
i've been thinking of starting a clothing company for years and just recently came up with a few ideas. so obviously i need some help with  silk screening and suggestions on what works best, because i want to print them myself for at least the beginning and than i'll go from there.

Any ideas or suggestions would help, thanks Cheesy

and here are some pictures of my ideas yey!

^name, i wonder when i came up with that

I like the first one a lot it's like my mantra, what i like by, blah blah blah. the second one is just an idea, because it was midnight and i couldn't sleep and i had sayings just spinning around my head and i needed to get them out haha.

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / shorts? on: March 13, 2009 09:40:32 AM
does anyone know of a good pattern or shorts?
i'm not the shorts kinda gal, but i got a nice pair last year..they were $40 and don't fit as well as they should..soo obviously i think i can make my own(i'm sure i can't ahha)that i would want to wear and be happy in and also get a kick out of making( i get a kick out of sewing in general, entertains me)

so yeah, if you have a pattern to suggest that'd be great Cheesy summers comin' fastt!
4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Paper CD cases. on: March 03, 2009 05:40:40 PM
i knew there was a way to make cd cases from paper, because i've recieved them..and i have a lot of cds on my itunes that i don't actually have(and i'm a CD freak so i want the CD form Cheesy)
soo i looked it up on google, i'm not actually sure which website i used..because i looked at about five, anways i just looked up CD cases made out of paper or something..it's an oragami thing apparently, anwyasyy ONWARDS!!

i put alll Death Cab For Cutie's CDs onto cds and made nice cases for them Cheesy i just looked up their actual covers and printed them about the size of a cd (4.5x4.5) yes i actually measured a CD. and then printed them on the middle of the paper.
i have two other cds in these pics besides DCFC...

gotta have my favorite DCFC on top Tongue

i made them look pretty for a picture :]

inside..yeah i dunno why i have a pic of that.

7  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / fangs necklace. on: October 11, 2008 01:08:50 PM
got the idea from http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=272493.0
my friend gave me and a few others the fangs that glow in the dark last yr. and i think theyre awsome but obviously they are horrible to wear haha.
so i saw that necklace here and was like oh i'm gunna do that.
just did it with a broken necklace and some pliers haha. :]

the bird is the necklace i was wearing today..
but now that i think of it they look kinda cool together :]

8  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / friendship bracelet obsession. :] on: October 09, 2008 04:54:39 PM
i used to make these all the time when i was younger.
and last year i got back into them.
i make them alot haha. and they don't take me very long so it makes me feel accomplished :]

biggest one is the newest, it look a whilee.not used to having so many strings haha. :]

this one i put on and then to make it tighter i tugged, so of course it decided to fall off :/ strings were too short i guess, even though they were longer than i normally cut them..so trying to figure out a way to get it on me :]] i like it

and score :] i can finally post actually pics<3

9  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / costume helpp on: October 05, 2008 10:41:44 AM
okayy, so originally my friends had decided that we'd be like prostitutes or something..but then we watching this japanese movie called the Audtion and i decided that i'd much rather be the crazy killer from that movie.

sooo in the killing scenes, she's wearing all white..a white shirt and white skirt..but they look like they're kind of on the fancy side..like very feminine and soft, kind of like a little girl's clothes? i'm not sure how to explain.
and then it looks like an apron a butcher would wear.made from like vinyl and gloves and all.it's a pretty awsome killing outfit.
And with all of that i'd probably wear white leggings maybe torn up possiblyy splattered with 'blood'

i most likely will go look for the apron thingy but i was thinking of making the shirt and skirt.
so if anyone has any ideas on how to go about making them or tip because i've never made a skirt or even a shirt by hand..thanksss
:]
