Fruit salads are delicious and this one looks very yummy. I like that it can be kept about a week, not that it would ever last that long. It makes this the perfect salad for potlucks.

Lots of great stuff, Rantyhippie. my favorite is the summer quilt with its lively and cheerful colors. The mermaid tail is quite funny, can you actually put your legs in it?

I forgot to put a picture of this years cascarones. The parrot managed to steal the submarine spot so you will see him twice and no submarine at all.

You really captured the pigeon's attitude. He almost seems to walk.

yoopidou, we actually think it was a Coywolf (coyote / wolf hybrid - it's a real thing).  Coyotes usually hunt in groups, but this guy was solo.  It was also gray, which is not usual coloring for a coyote.  Smaller than a wolf, but a LOT bigger than a coyote.  Had a wolf face and a coyote tail.  It came right up to our patio, we got a pretty good look at it.

My 9 year old used to enjoy sleeping in the yard on the trampoline but that won't be happening again.
What a dangerous outside where you live!

Alwaysinmyroom, the cranes do look time consuming but they are beautiful.

What a terrible story, Bunny, I had no idea coyotes were dangerous for dogs.
I'm sorry for your loss.

These breads look delicious MissingWillow. They are just the right honey color and don't get me started on the taste of sourdough bread...I'm salivating already!

I agree that my favorite patch is the sardines one. Do you know the French song about the sardines in a box? It was a stupid (even the creator and singer started the song by saying so) but it had good rhythm and was a very popular song to dance to a couple years ago.

Ladybugsandbumblebees, Kittykill will be able to drink everywhere in style with her water bottle holder. Cute patches too.

Fabulous collection of hats, Bethntim. You're on track to get to your goal, almost 1/3 done!

These are very powerful, poignant, charming embroideries Lindy.

LadybugsAndBumblebees, I like all your patches, they are bright and fun and have interesting details. My favorite is the bead embroidered bird.

Cute hats, Bethntim. The 3D nose is so much fun.

Smeddley, if I had a dog, I would have to make him one tug rope like yours.

That lemon bread looks delicious. Thanks for the recipe. It would make a great snack when hiking.

Great job on finishing one WIP, Bunny1kenobi. I should get inspired by you and try to make a dent in my own WIP pile.

You're becoming a wiz at using your embroidery machine Underthemountain, If I ever get one, I will know whom to ask for help.

I wouldn't mind having them in my room. I wasn't too fond of the original ones though! You did a great job.

Very interesting patterns. The result is beautiful and the process seems fun though messy. At least, I would be messy doing it. Thanks for all the pictures of how you made this. I am thinking of trying this on bed sheets. Would it hold to washing in the machine?
