I think the best advice I can give you is to make sure the fabric isn't too bulky at the ends, trim as close as you can. Then when you turn the pouch inside out, firmly poke the corners out. Smiley does that help at all?
What do you mean by poke out? which way do you make sure the teeth of the zop are pushed? it drives me NUTS that I can't get nice tops like you did!

How do you make the ends of the zippers so neat... I put the fabric on but it must be something with the way I'm sewing it.... how the heck do you do that???

OK so it's not so little... BUT it's a Black/White Polka-dot cotton bag with a fantastic turquoise lining... it's a larger bag... 4x12x11... has a zipper pocket inside and one of my handmade tags...and washable... enjoy.. let me know what you think please...
