Well, I like picking some recipes here : http://www.manjulaskitchen.com/. Really tasty, easy and well explained.

Here's another book that may help you : it's called "The artist's way" from Julia Cameron. Really useful to stimulate creativity and to "try harder" even if the first drawings seem so awful (that's often my case : lot of crap and *poof* a good piece).

Oops, I always weight the milk before freezing. Does it mean that all my soaps are failed or not safe ? :/ I tested them with ph strips and it said between 7 and 8, and I've never felt any burns.

Hello everyone !

I'm currently trying to use as much as possible natural skin/hair products, thanks to this great forum and its recipes. But I still haven't found something for discolored hair.
I mean, I'm dark-haired naturally, but I discolore them chemically to turn them white every two months. I'm compelled to use a chemical blue shampoo to maintain this shade.
Does anyone has an idea to create a shampoo (ideally, a solid one) to replace the current I have got ?

Thanks for replying Smiley

Yeah ! I made some soaps and it doesn't smell "fleshy". Thank you very much, it allows me to keep on soapmaking at a lower price.
