That stuff about dynamic and static links is certainly a bit cryptic to be left out for non-geeks to read. They're talking about how your pages link to other pages, in your site or out on the web. A "static" link is probably all you're using .. they look like
<a href="http://lalala.com/a_page.htm"l>link to a page</a>in your html file. A dynamic link is a different beast, that is created by scripts in a web page. Since google's crawling program (a "robot", since it's not a person i guess) doesn't know how to use scripts in web pages, it can't follow dynamic links and so can't index pages that are only linked to that way. I don't think you have to worry about this; if you were using any dynamic stuff you would know about it. Just wait a little while longer for the new index to be used.
