I also received a coffee holder in my two favorite colors (navy and Kelly green) that I am so excited to sport with my morning java.


An the tea towel… I heart this so mucg that I may frame it – sassy little squirrels are such my thing!  Thanks sooooo much!  I adore everything!

Holly sent me the most sprightly spring apron – there is BEAUTIFIL embroidery on the pockets.  I am not sure if the level and beauty of the embroidery.  Ms. Holly perfectly enhances the pattern with her amazing stitching skills.





She also sent me the most amazing, adorable squirrel (I love this squirrel so much that he no lives on my desk at work and I refer to him as me “attack squirrel.”).   I also received starburst that did not last long enough to make it in this pic and some crackers to feed my squirrel friends in PA on the weekends,

Sorry for the late posting.  Behold the lovely teacup pincushion I received from nezumi_chan!  She really was thoughtful in creating this and combined my love of tea and lilac and lavender.  Thank you so much nezumi_chan!  I love it and your pincushion is actually in mu chine closet right now because it is so pretty!

Spookshowbaby77 sent me this AMAZING package!  First up, the cutest little vampire ever.  My husband loves this!



Behind door number 2.  A very hip and eco friendly “Team Eric” bag which may make me the envy of all the other Pathmark shoppers.  I really like this because it is practical and crafty! The divine Ms. Kerry also made the cutest necklace based on the book pics of Sookie.  I have been a Sookie fan for several years now so this makes me happy!!!



And here is my absolute favorite thing Kerry sent – these True Blood mugs!  They came out so great and I am bringing the one with the fangs to work on Monday.  I have a habit of hissing at people when I am annoyed and I think this mug will complete that look perfectly (please excuse my messy counter!)!!!

So TAOJ is so wonderful that she timed her mailing in a way that I received my package on Valentine's day - how awesome is that!!! 

Susanne sent me the cutest cupcake tea towel and around the edges, it has images that imply coffee, tea or me which is so perfect for me because if I could find a way to inject caffeine I would.  It has the sweetest heart towards the bottom and pretty buttons sewn on as cherries - sorry for all the details but I suck at taking pics and I wanted everyone to know how fab this towel.  I will have the husband help me retake the towel pics this evening when he gets home from work so you all can see how adorable it is - I cannot figure out the flash for anything but wanted to post right away.

Susanne also sent me the most adorable needle case which I sew desperately needed (sorry, bad pun but I could not resist!) and a great love frame and some cross stitch kits that that will keep my fingers busy.

I received a GREAT package from elociNNicole as shown in the pics below.  I am starting a St. Patrick's Day swap and the floss she sent will be PERFECT for those projects.  She also included some great gold beads which I am so excited to try to incorporate into some embroidery.  The variety of sizes, shapes and colors of the buttons are fantastic (and practical to boot!).  Thanks so much elociNNicole   and I will post pics of the St.Pat's stuff this weekend.

The Mayor for the city that I work for is a fan of the "bullpen" style of office space meaning that in the next month I will be moving from my lovely office to a cubicle.  One of my coworkers is very upset about this move so I made her the following picture for her new digs.  I used a pattern from hoop love.

My Mom is obsessed with bay leaves - she thinks the addition of this herb makes any dish taste better so I have made her a bay leaf basket of goodies for Christmas this year (I even made Bay Leaf Ice cream!)  This is a picture that I made for the basket from an Aunt Martha's pattern.
