=] okay i made this skirt the other day And it has 3 tiers but its not too long!!! and i gathered all of them and added a little bit of lace [that i got form this cute craft and fabric store the other day the other week ;P ] to the hem!!
its made of this pretty orange and white polka dot fabric (that i got form the same store as the lace) and i made it in one night. anything obviously wrong? any improvements??
