you make such fabulous clothes for your twins it's nice to see you making something for you too. inspired by the little ladies, or course Smiley Make the moustache top for you and post here, they will go nuts Wink back on topic, this top looks super comfy and I'v always liked that style of collar on your twins dresses it's nice to see it works well on an adult too

I really like this doll! She looks like she was simple enough to make, but has such a classy and well finished look. Grats!
14  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Twins' Easter outfits. A ridiculous amount of cuteness!! on: April 06, 2010 12:21:48 AM
TeenyBunny I always love your work! These outfits are superb!!!!! The cloches and capes are tres chic, but the structure on Curly's dress is just amazing!! I also love how if you put either of the twins in the very same outfit you get two totally different looks. They so adorable!

I'm curious about your work, I know you make most things yourself, is this the case with the cape and cloches? I currently have a fleecy cape cut from a 1970's pattern for my angel for winter, but your cape looks great for spring/summer evenings. The cloche.. well, I'm just partial to the style. I doubt my kiddo would ever wear it. 7yr olds are so picky!

it's so cute!!! damn machines, they never work properly. i usually find changing the needle fixes 90% of all issues with my sewing machine immediately. pity my computer isn't so easy! lol

Matilda?!  can she waltz?  she's neat, though.  and i think her face is more expressive than the AGs from over here.

craft-related, i especially like the pyjamas.
lol she can Waltz, she can do anything! she is Australian afterall, and we are the lucky country Wink I actually thought her expression was a lil odd looking haha. thank you for the kind comments on the PJ's

I love Matilda's dress & bolero.  Runner-ups: PJs and backpack.  Hand stitched?  Wow!  I've never heard of this line of dolls.  I'm going to check them out.  This one is beautiful.  How is caring for that curly hair?
Thank you thank you Smiley They're a lil small, they were made with a Simplicity pattern for the AMG dolls so I know next time to modify it a lil for the Australian Girl. So far the hair hasn't been an issue at all.

I love your website Emily Rose, I end up browsing around on there quite often!

Australian Girl Dolls found here http://www.australiangirldoll.com.au/  and for the most part the dolls are great but the clothes... well they leave something to be desired Wink
