There's a couple I work with on a regular basis to take care of the kids in my church's nursery. They had their second child last month and I decided to make a quilt for the baby as a gift. Then, I figured I should make a quilt for the big brother (who's all of 1 1/2 years old), to be fair.

This is the quilt for the baby:

It came out bigger than I was planning (about four feet square), but the parents had been looking for something they could use as a floor mat for the baby. Hooray for serendipity.

This one was for the big brother:

I did a self-binding of the backing fabric.

I'm pretty happy with how these came out and I was glad that they were happy to get them. Plus, these quilts were made completely from stash, so I'm slowly whittling down my fabric stash.
