1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Starch and Fabric on Walls on: August 11, 2005 01:31:03 PM
Hi, I am moving into my very first apartment in a matter of days.  I have read about using laundry starch to attach fabric to walls as a way to decorate, and supposedly it does not leave any damage.

I read about it here http://www.rentaldecorating.com/quick_fix_fabric_on_walls.htm

Does anyone have any first hand experience with this?  Any suggestions?
2  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Very Simple First Quilt on: March 05, 2005 04:43:03 PM
This is the very first quilt I have ever made.  It just kept getting larger and larger as I added more borders, but I am happy with it.  It was a present for a friend of mine who is going through a really rough time, I wanted to give him something warm and loving without it being TOO mushy and lovey   Smiley  I was happy with the pattern, it ended up fairly masculine looking.
