my latest bag from the bits left over from jeans - even (especially) the seams



it's double fronted and the  zip top is the jeans zipper

i have just completed this quilt top - i,m liking the top but cant think of WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE BACK!  Huh

i love your progression -- especially the centre flower to 'enhance' the middle where the stitches cross - i had that issue to - check mine out http://shesewsonsunday.blogspot.com/2009/04/colour-wheel-finished.html
 i also went on to try black http://shesewsonsunday.blogspot.com/2010/01/top-assembled.html- and made it even bigger by adding edges - still not quilted it yet - but your idea of different threads is also catching Grin
