382  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: T-shirt to hooded shirt on: July 31, 2008 12:47:48 PM
I really like the way the neckline flows into the hood!
The suggestion of a pocket was good - I would suggest maybe 2 side pockets instead, maybe red edged - I know I wear a hoodie with pockets so often that if I'm wearing a regular sweater I always find myself absent mindedly trying to put my hands into non-existent pockets  Tongue

I totally agree!! The neckline looks totally great! I <3 it! Tutorials pls? for the neckline and hood

Good Idea! Smiley My friend made herself a pair with some old black socks. I'm going to try it too! Would old tights/leggings work as well? Probably!
386  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Magazines / Clippings / Etc on: July 31, 2008 11:11:58 AM
Well, I am currently doing over my room, and I had a HUGE box of old magazines (mainly ones like Seventeen, vogue, ya know Smiley ) and i felt like having a big billboard. So I bought a small one, and I stuck some extra cardboard to strengthen the back of it, and I stuck clippings that I liked. Ones like pictures of rockstars, fashion, and clothes.
387  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: preemie dress and bonnet on: July 30, 2008 12:23:05 PM
It's really a pretty dress and bonnet. It's so sad that it's for burial. Cry But it is really a good deed to do, because some people don't really care.
