1  aqua teen hunger force mooninites (PATTERN LINK ADDED!) in Crochet: Completed Projects by chloeheartsowls on: December 10, 2009 07:10:02 AM
introducing: ignignokt and err! if youre unfamiliar with these guys, they look something like this:

and are from a cartoon on adult swim.

so i worked on the template for these guys yesterday and then had a chance to crochet them last night. im pretty happy with these but the pattern needs a few final tweaks before i can post it. the problem with adding arms/legs is that theyre so floppy!!! they cant be much bigger than a foundation chain but they just look so silly. maybe ill just leave them like this?

sorry for my pics, my camera really seems to be having color/flash issues lately.

the project link is on ravelry at: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/chloeheartsowls/mooninites

3  Re: Plastic Grocery Bags in What the heck can I do with THIS? by chloeheartsowls on: July 28, 2008 12:12:13 PM
i save alll plastic bags! even bagel bags (i use them for wallet-sized purses) and cut them up into 'yarn' or actually i think its been coined 'plarn' Wink

this is the first purse i made (sorry my camera blows), just kinda picked up a crochet hook and gave it a whirl. i think it turned out quite well for having no pattern - i suck when patternless!

im glad i saw this topic because i should get back on my giant tote thats been in limbo for months.
