1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Sylvia Plath Embroidered Underwear on: October 04, 2010 08:01:20 PM
The latest in my series of poetry-inspired undies.
The quote is from Lady Lazarus:
""Out of the ash
I rise with my red hair
And I eat men like air."

2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Fourth Doctor Scarf on: September 09, 2010 06:59:12 PM
Here is my husband wearing his Fourth Doctor scarf.  I made it for him for Dragon*Con.  It's not exactly as long as it's supposed to be, but I'm thinking of adding onto it or possibly making a completely new one for next year.
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / William Carlos Williams embroidered undies on: July 25, 2010 10:06:28 PM
These panties were inspired by the poem "This Is Just To Say" by William Carlos Williams.

4  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: J. Alfred Prufrock inspired undies on: July 22, 2010 06:20:46 PM
Thanks for all the compliments!  I was excited about that thread because I thought it made it look more like a true peach than colors that are called "peach."
5  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / J. Alfred Prufrock inspired undies on: July 21, 2010 09:04:59 PM
These embroidered panties were inspired by T.S. Eliot's poem "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock."

6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Day of the Week Undies part 5 of 7 on: July 14, 2010 02:25:04 PM
I've finally finished yet another installment of my series:

7  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Overdue Onesie on: June 22, 2010 05:21:35 PM
I made this onesie with a pattern from the "Librarians and Secretaries" patterns.  My husband/sister are skeptical about the humor of putting "overdue" on baby clothing but my librarian friends love it.

8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Day of the Week Underwear, part 4 of 7 on: June 10, 2009 03:34:02 PM
Ok so I posted 3 of these at some point last summer and only recently finished the 4th one, so here it is!

9  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Charcoal drawing of my sis on: August 12, 2008 01:13:01 AM
This is a charcoal drawing I made as a gift to my sister for Christmas last year after I had taken a drawing class.  The second picture is what I used as a reference; I think it looks like her even if it's not photographic.

10  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Nintendo Paintings on: August 12, 2008 01:11:00 AM
These are so good; I love the Link one especially.
