A friend of mine was wearing a dress with the same type of bottom (like the band at the bottom) today and I was thinking that I wanted to make myself something like that Smiley
322  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Halloween costume ideas for 2008 on: September 06, 2008 07:10:19 AM
I am SO excited about Halloween  Cheesy
Couple cosutmes could be:
           - Listerine and a tooth brush,
           - cat and a dog,

I've gotten some ideas from here but now i have to decide. I'm not sure if I want to be any of them. I want them a little on the sluttier side  Tongue
           - Jessica Rabbbit
           - dorothy
           - wonder woman
But I dunno. I want something really creative. and I want to make it.

325  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / polka dot pencil case on: September 02, 2008 01:27:40 PM
This is pretty much the first successful bag type thing that I have made. and I am so far happy with it.
I have tons of left over fabris too so I'm thinking that I might make a cell phone cosy (I have a habit of dropping my cell phone there are many dents in it now) as well as an Ipod cosy.

I am planning on adding a button or something of that sort to the longer corner

tell me what you think

330  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Fortune Cookie recipe? on: August 17, 2008 05:59:37 PM
oo and the other problem that I had was the fortune was getting stuck in the cookies, and people (okay maybe just one) couldn't get it out.
Did you have this problem?
like getting stuck in the batter/dough?

yea.
maybe because they middle isn't completely cooked(?)
but if i cooked them any longer then they wouldn't fold.

I think that I have a better idea now
[I ordered thai food on my way home from work and got a fortune cookie]
Smiley now I just have to find the time to make them!
