11  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / First Attempt at Wedding-Style Jewelry on: September 04, 2008 10:52:48 PM
I really like it, but I'm thinking next time more pearls, less color?  What do you guys think?

12  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / First Day of School Jewelry by Mom on: September 01, 2008 10:54:49 PM
So, my daughters are starting school tomorrow.  They asked me to make them some earrings to go with their "first day of school" outfits.  I was already planning on surprising them with some, but they made sure that I knew they didn't want anything too cutesy, since they ARE *almost* 9 and *almost* 11...lol.

So, the gold and caramel set is for my Bohemian Princess and the pearl set is for my 40's Mod Chick.

My husband names everything I make, so I present to you, "Golden Nut Toffee" and "Mercurial Conch":

Please tell me what you think  Smiley

A few sets I've made over the last couple of days:

I can't tell you how much I HATE wire wrapping, but I forced myself to do it

Not your usual colors for a Swarovski cube bracelet

Let me know what you think!  And if you have any tips to make wire wrapping suck less - let me know!   Cheesy

17  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Zen with Nature - New Pendant on: August 18, 2008 10:57:07 PM
I'm not sure where this came from as I don't usually work with wood, but I just had this feeling and couldn't put it down once I started...lol.

18  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Beaded "Chain Maille" on: August 15, 2008 12:12:03 AM
The unbeaded chain is purchased, but the beaded sections are done by hand from rings.  Please let me know what you think!

19  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Funky Chain Anklet on: August 12, 2008 01:24:53 PM
I used some chain that I really liked and some plastic beads that I thought were really cute from the kids' section.  Even my very dark and angsty best friend said she liked it  Cheesy

20  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / New Here - Tell Me What You Think on: August 11, 2008 04:07:23 PM
Hi, there!  I'm pretty new to Craftster, and this is my first post.  I am LOVING it, BTW!  Before stumbling on Craftster, the only sites I could find were things that only my grandma would enjoy - and she's 95!  I'm so happy I found you guys!

This is a project I completed not too long ago, and I would love to get some feedback on it.  Please, don't hold back!
