I have been experimenting with wallets for the last couple of days. I made three wallets for my sons. The first one is made from black vinyl fabric and a camo remnant which I bought at Joann's. The only problem was sewing through all the layers when making the credit card slots. The second one is made from black vinyl and rip stop nylon. It was much easier to sew. I used black Velcro as a closure for the coin pouch on both. I made the card slots horizontal instead of vertical on the second wallet which allowed for fewer layers to sew through. They want the wallets to close with Velcro also so back to the drawing board. I don't want to wreck the coin pouch. Any ideas?
