i know international shipping sux!    ive only ever sent a couple of domestics though - cos im in australia, most swappers are in the us. But its always worth the wait though

I was thinking about that when I was reading through posts regarding the postage rate increases here in the US.  Those of you who live elsewhere send almost everything international, don't you?  I'm glad that you guys choose to participate even though it's a bit more costly - I think it adds to the fun to swap international!

actually i think that's why i love craftster rather than even australian swaps - cos there is more international participation and you learn more about crafts from other countries too   ive learnt so much since joining!!

Same here! I almost never send in my own country or within Europe. Sending overseas is expensive I changed to doing more "small" swaps - that fit in an envelope - after shipping rates increased here too. But sending to other countries and receiving from many different countries is really fun! 

By the way, all my stamps will be in the mail monday

Me too! I was able to get Ihaka to  :DAnimal Kingdom last weekend and he's helping me craft out one more goody to send home.

I'm going to take Giles on a final trip to our government city (no, our government is not in the capital  ) and I'll be praparing everything to send him home. I found another nice souvenir for him this week

I woke up in a white landscape this morning!



But riding a bike was not such a good idea...better walk!

I just put all the pics in the book (still need to write the info for them) and I have 22 spaces left. Apparently, Ihaka needs one more adventure!

I loved the beach pictures! It looks so nice and warm...I don't mind some blanc pages at the end (will use them to put the contract and other things in).
