i made this sweatshirt bag from this tutorial

http://hometown.aol.com/thediseaser/msbindex.html

only mine turned out kind of crappy. oh well! here it is with the lovely gizmo modeling!

^isn't he cute? only one time his hand fell off and that was kind of creepy....

thanks for looking! and remember the three rules!
1. Don't shine them with bright lights, especially sunlight.
2. Never get them wet.
3. And whatever you do, never, ever feed them after midnight.

13  Re: Dr. Pepper Can Candle Holder in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by cowgirl on: August 27, 2005 10:21:46 AM
yeah! thanks for this brilliant idea! i tried this (i found like 10 diet pepsis yesterday-not drank by me though  Wink) So I made some candle holders.

they get pretty hot and are hard to light, so my project now is taking the cans with holes in them and NOT taking off the tops, just the pop tabs and then i'm going to make a string on them with a few christmas lights in each. I'll post pictures when I'm done!

18  picture marble charms from washers *TUTORIAL* in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by cowgirl on: August 20, 2005 06:07:51 PM
hey everyone! i figured out the other day how to make super cheap and easy picture marble charms (I haven't been able to find blank bracelet forms and even if I did, I'm sure they would be to expensive)! Here's a tutorial!

1. Gather your supplies

2. Wrap the wire around the washer like so

it should make this

3. Glue on picture marble and you're done! Then you make bracelets, wine charms, earrings, necklaces and more!

19  my first stencil (guitar with amp) in Stenciling: Completed Projects by cowgirl on: August 20, 2005 05:51:40 PM
yeah! my first stencil! i actually made this stencil a couple of monthes ago and was going to stencil some of my flip flops but I never got around to doing it. But today I sewed some cute ribbon onto a tee-shirt and gave stenciling my best shot! It started with just a guitar and I was going to do some splatters, but then I decided that the splatters which weren't really splatters looked ugly, so I turned them into music notes. Then i turned a really big ugly blob into an amp. anyways, i've done enough blabbing so here are the pics!

20  Keiko Sweatshirt to Boatneck in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by cowgirl on: August 20, 2005 05:46:22 PM
I took this $1.20 sweatshirt from Salvation Army and about an hour ago, turned it into a boatneck. I took in the sleeves a lot (they were huge!) and cut out a boatneck.

Before (it's not really this neon, the other pics are more accurate)

After (it may not look a ton different in the pictures but when I'm wearing it, it really looks a lot different)
