crazywazy's fried rice is one of my veggie staples
I'm a big fan of free-style cooking, and my mom's and my chili recipe is that. We invested in some smoke spice (no animal involved, but gives bacon-type flavor) and a few can of our favorite beans (navy, white, kidney, whatever you like), chopped tomatoes, chili spices (chili, cumin, garlic, onion),, and let simmer for a few hours until everything is to your taste.
One recipe I'm fond of is barbeque tofu. I bake the small tofu chunks in a 450 degree oven, covered in a little bit of bbq sauce. Famous Dave's Sweet and Sassy is my fave
I eat couscous, risotto, fried rice, spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce, lentil soups.
