This Halloween I dressed up as a wind up doll. I already had the dress, I shortened the apron, and I made the petticoat. I hope you like it [:

excuse the unattractive faces....

side pose {I made the key too}

There was three of us in all and I made all our costumes.... it was stressful but so worth it [:
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Discussion and Questions / Use for Tribeads?!?!?! on: September 01, 2009 07:49:09 PM
I have recently inherited from my church a fairly large storage box fillllllled with tons of amazing vintage beads, and really cute childrens beads and such. But among these amazing beads, are hundreds upon hundreds of tribeads in every imaginable color. The daycare at our church doesn't need them, and I hate to throw them away....

Is there any non-tacky way to use this tribeads?
Have you seen any cute projects using theeem?
I could use any and all help I can get!

4  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / My Humble Flapper Costume on: November 01, 2008 12:38:48 PM
This year I went as a Flapper, a seemingly unoriginal costume, but I had tons of fun and somehow still looked classier than 90% of girl's costume's I saw.
My mother and I made it together :]

Thanks for looking and hope you had a great Halloween :]
5  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Old Playing Cards? on: July 19, 2008 04:21:02 PM
I happen to have a few decks of cards lying around that are missing cards or such, and I know there must be a bunch of cool ways to reuse them! Please post any ideas at all, even stupid ones :] Thanks for the help!
