how did you get black frosting? no matter how hard i try, i can never get black.

I made a basic chocolate frosting but i mixed in some store-bought black decorating icing, the kind you use to write names on birthday cakes. just a spoon full made the frosting dark enough the only problem was it made everyones tongue black.

WOW! I hit this rocks. I love this design. I just finished a T-shirt quilt, it was my first experience quilting and was so frustrating I swore I'd never try quilting again. But this is so cool I have to try it! Do you think a beginner could handle this project? any tips or advice?

Does anyone know about how many layers a cake can be? Structurally speaking, is their a limit? How high can you go before it falls over or collapses?

I love this idea. My sister works for Arizona Iced Tea, I'm definately using their tea bags to make one of these for her birthday!

The cake itself was your basic white cake, the frosting was chocolate (stripes) and vanilla dyed orange. The man was molded out of rice krispie treats, I added extra marshmallow to the recipe for extra stickiness, still tasted good. But the next day the treats were very soggy, that may be because of the marshmallow or maybe because i stored it in the same container as the cake, added moisture maybe??
