this guy has a Bob Ross like 'fro. he dreams of a bowl of noodles. the bowl of noodles is from Sublime Stitching patterns except i changed it from a bowl of rice to noodles and added chopsticks, yay!!

so yeah,, here's a cute little girl from a work in progress. eventually underneath her foot will be a severed dude's head along with a couple of other heads scattered at her feet. pretty gross eh?? you like? 

the colors aren't anatomically (sp?) correct i don't think but whutevs.

hmm. well the poem was written back when i used to listen to lotsa RATM. the image comes from a chick i met on deviant art, ecxept her girl was holding a gun not a molotov cocktail. the poem gets a little unlegible down towards the white lettering. maybe i'll go back and fix that some other time... cheers! :

hey guys. it's been long time i feel since i've posted anything. my camera broke & as if my photography skillz weren't already bad enough, i had to borrow a digital oldie to take pics of my newest pieces. but anyway,this robot i'm quite happy with. the biggest piece i've embroidered so far. it was for an art gallery in my town that has monthly themes. this month's was "robots"! so here's whut i came up with. hope ya'll like it! happy crafting to all! :

i used silk threads for her body to give it a shimmery fish scale sheen. and somehow in the pictures the shell looks sort of silky & shimmery too but it's just regular embroidery floss. the little martini olive is my favorite. hope you guys like it! i'll prob be turning this one into a wallet as well. happy crafting everyone!!!

all the rest of the colored work is satin stitch & uhm i don't really know what the name of the stitch is for the black hair & face

 soon to be made into a wallet. to balance out the use of a "bad" word i tried to make it sort of pretty by placing the phrase inside a flower and adding beads. the phrase is a little blurry in the pic. it says "hungover as fuck" which is kind of poor grammer but when yer hungover ya don't really care, right? hope ya like!



sorry about the bad pic quality. i wish you guys could see the detail in the lil blue leaves. it's the fishbone stitch which is new 2 me...

i've been on a skirt kick lately. found one @ the thrift store the other day for a buck. dyed it blue, but it still needed something more so i made this skull for it. the material was super stretchy so some of the cracks in his skull got all bunchy ......
