I started weight watchers this september and I have really liked the diet. It allows you to eat what you want just in moderation.
I can't be the only weight watchers dieter out there.
So, I thought we could share our favorite weight watchers recipes and snacks.
I made these yesterday and they are really, really yummy and super simple to make! Especially if you have been craving chocolate cake during weight watchers...like me
One box of devils food cake mix
One can of 100% pumpkin (15 oz.)
(NOT pumpkin pie filling)
Mix the two ingredients together, batter may be dry, if it is add just a little bit of water. Bake according to box instructions. DO NOT add the other ingredients on the box (oil, eggs and water) The batter will the more dense than regular cake batter as well.
Do not be fooled by the dry batter, these muffins are very moist and dense and very very tasty.
