Oh, sorry, I didn't peek back in at this thread until just now. I'm from around Novi. Smiley

Hee, those are awesome. I think the Fortinbras one is my favorite. And I want to attend the anti-Claudius rally. And I want "Free Antigone" on a shirt. Grin
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: I'm Julia Child, bon appetit! on: December 12, 2009 02:22:13 PM
LOVE HER! You've captured her perfectly - I especially love the hair. I would also appreciate a pattern if you were so inclined. I've just decided my kitchen will never be complete without one. Grin

Omigod YAY! He is awesome, and thanks so much for the pattern. I must make one. Grin

That's a neat effect! Good idea, and it looks very cute on you. What yarn is that?
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Dress and Playsuit PJs on: August 29, 2009 04:55:59 PM
Both are adorable! I definitely want to make a pair of those PJs for myself. :-)

That's awesome! I loved my '80s Little People. The modern ones seem so lame by comparison. :-)

Aw, what a crappy situation. This may have been suggested already (I only skimmed a page or two of the replies), but what about adding a panel of color to the neckline and/or replacing the sash with a colored one?

I like the lace shrug idea. In addition to the one on Knitty, there's a cute one in the book "Lace Style" that may be a bit simpler/less time-consuming to make. I think it's called "Little Silk Shrug" or something like that. Or, if there aren't any knitters around, I bet you could find a beautiful one (or some other great accessory) on Etsy.
