1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Felted Nesting Bowls in Heather - picture heavy :) on: September 17, 2009 07:00:58 AM
These are really cute. What do you use them for?
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: First Home! Kitchen Redo - LOTSA PICS on: September 15, 2009 05:00:11 PM
The kitchen looks nice, but I am one of those "don't paint wood" people. That wood looked really gorgeous! Like the wallpaper though.
3  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: tiny props for stop motion animation on: September 11, 2009 08:56:06 AM
I loved your animation! That was so cute- but I have to ask: You said you were an art teacher, but now live in FL and make bowties... How come?
4  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Latest News / Re: some ad comments on: May 01, 2009 06:08:38 PM
I agree that a lot of the ads are beginning to get a little off topic. I especially hate seeing the ads for cars and Walmart. The visit Florida one is terrible. Its a great place to live (I do!), but ads like that don't make me want to visit...
5  SEWING IN GENERAL / Machine Embroidery: Completed Projects / Re: PipBoy Embroidery on: April 24, 2009 04:54:39 AM
That's so funny! My fiancee LOVES LOVES LOVES Fallout 3 right now... He has gone through the entire game and both expansions and is patiently waiting for the third (May 5). I wish I had a nifty embroidery machine! I would make him a lovely t-shirt too!
6  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Completed Projects / Re: Dog Hair Yarn (Image heavy!) on: February 19, 2009 05:39:22 AM
I have thought for a while now that this is a cool idea, but for some reason, it kinda creeps me out. I don't spin, but it is on my to-do list Smiley  I have to agree though, I liked the natural colors of the fur in the yarn before it was dyed.
7  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: what is it? on: February 05, 2009 06:54:48 AM
Use it as a mast and crow's nest for a GIANT SHIP!
8  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: Crowning accomplishment of my sewing career + GIANT ZIPPER! on: February 05, 2009 06:53:12 AM
Fantastic! Thank you for the link to the zippers.

If you guys love target as much as I do, you will notice they are now selling backpacks that look kinda like this (monochromaticp, nylon material). Only they dont have awesome giant zippers and lots of useful pockets. Sometimes it irks me a bit to see something that would be easy to make in a store...

That's a very cute collage.

Keep a close eye on your colors- newspaper is NOT colorfast. They do sell a UV resistant spray that might help with that. Magazine pages don't fade as quickly.
10  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: My invention: "event furniture" on: February 03, 2009 06:29:54 AM
That came out really nice.

And I like your Durer icon Smiley
