3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / bridal garters for my lovely friend's wedding. on: July 31, 2008 09:52:25 PM
My lovely friend Jasmine is getting married early next year and I have decided to make her a bridal garter. I made several so she can choose the one she likes. I have used pure silk, marabou feathers and some svarowski crystal beads. I hope that she will like at least one of them.

It might be tricky to make it work for a very large chest. I am D and it gives a good support, actually pushes them nicely together  Wink  . Try to make the triangles much bigger on the base, 20cm should do.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Summer kaftan for my sister on: July 27, 2008 08:15:14 AM
Thank you, ladies. I did not use a pattern. The bikini is based on the threadbangers tutorial, i just added the middle piece and the kaftan are long silk stripes sewn together with a hole for a head and hemmed.
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Kikini madness on: July 27, 2008 08:12:03 AM
I went to the shops to buy some lovely bikini for my upcoming vacation and there was nothing that i liked or wanted to pay $200 for. So I made some kikini instead.

Calvin Klein inspired me to do this convertible bra. I have copied the pattern for the bottoms from my old bikini.

the colors are much richer in reality.

and some bordeaux bikini with turquoise, orange and brown beads.

thank you for looking!

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Summer kaftan for my sister on: July 27, 2008 12:10:49 AM
I have made this simple kaftan out of different stripes of silk. It is sewn together on the sides and it has a self tie under the bust. It is made to wear from the beach straight to the bar.

and a little bikini to go underneath it.
