I know how you feel, not the creepy laundry room, but the felting. It takes a LOT of elbow grease to felt even a little swatch! That's why I'm using the washing machine whenever i need to felt something, it's a lot more consistent than what I can get it X3

Whoa, that's intense! I've made only 2 sweaters but nothing like that! bravo on your project! And though it may have been angering to have to frog (rip it, rip it) some of it, i find it's those little obstacles make to memorable to the garment Smiley

Hi, let me first say, welcome to the Valley Of The Sun! or as my younger brother says, "Valley ON the sun" XD I live in Glendale too, but more in the area where Glendale/Peoria/Pheonix kinda blend together. More specifically over by the Banner Hospital on Thunderbird. That's pretty smart XD I'm a knitter but next time i go to my local thrift shop, i'll be looking not only for old sweaters to take apart, but sheets as well!!!

The piece itslef looks very awesome, kudos to that and the beads give it a very unique look to it people would TRY to match Wink I'm still in school adn i can say i'd wear that out in public! you made it, you strut it!

I just used garter/knit stitch for the whole thing, and picked up stitches too. That was the hardest, to get the number right without getting hand cramps or dropping them. I'll be posting more soon *i hope*
