2343  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Search Messages option has never fully worked for me... on: July 12, 2013 06:19:17 AM
I am in a lot of ATC swaps. I have saved old envies from what I have rec'd so I don't have to ask for addresses again and again. Yet, sometimes, I misplace an envie and need to search for the provided address in my rec'd PMs. I will type in person's name and get either nothing or something unrelated. Then I must spend half an hour 'manually' searching thru my PMs to find them, and yup, there they are, when the search should have found them.
I am making sure to type in correctly, such as capitalization and such.
What gives? Has been going on for years for me. Just realized I had the opportunity to complain...  Smiley

Got some glorious goodies to show off...
From rockingbearranch, on my moveables theme -

the jet moves...

What an awesome idea, and so well constructed. I loooove the papers she chose. Now I am singing Joe Jackson's Jet Set in my mind.
Also from rockingbearranch to replace one that got lost in USPS, my theme anything from the 60s...

hilarious! The olives around her head are surrounded by stitching. And I really like the way the red is offset by the blue in just 2 sides. Very artistic. Thanks so much, rbr for great great cards!

Next, from Mountains and Clouds, from Hawaii, her take on a swim she had recently on my white on white on white theme. I am hoping the details will show up for y'all to see... waves, people on the pier, and mountain in background.

I have tilted it so you might better see.

The amount of cutting that went into this staggers the mind. Check out the people and their hair! Title is "At the Groin in Waikiki"
Thanks so much, Mountains and Clouds, and for this extra, too!

And from kosmicgirl for my nautical theme, one called "Nautical Nautilus"

Totally nonpaper and what a success it is! Awesome material, anchor button, and turquoise embellishements. She said she used metal thread which I have never even heard of. Thank you so much. I really love it.

Next, from CDEeeek on my 1960s anything retro, this absolutely charming card, one that I would love to have made myself.

And what a great moto for dealing with the precious world of pretend with your children. I adore this card!!!!!!

thank you all for your wonderful gifts. It is such a pleasure swapping with talented people.
