1  Lovely wristlet clutch in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Lizzloli on: June 12, 2009 01:11:39 PM
I made this tiny little bag because I was sick of carrying my huge purse everywhere!  Tongue  It nicely fits my cellphone, chapstick, and my Zune.^^
Sorry if the pictures are a little blurry. Roll Eyes

This is a close up of the little embroidered corner and the cute blue buttons I used.

Here's the whole thing, closed. I left the edges of the wrist strap raw because I thought it looked nifty.

Here is the flap thing open. I did the button holes by hand. I'm terrified of my bttonhole foot on my sewing machine. Sad

This one is really blurry sorry, but I just wanted to show the inside pattern. It was on old scarf that I got used somewhere. It had a tiny stain on one corner, so I couldn't wear it.

Anyways, I hope you like it! Comments and criticism welcome!  Grin

2  A swallow and a mermaid! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Lizzloli on: January 29, 2009 08:42:04 PM
Ok, this is my first post here in the jewelery section, and it's also my first slow steps into the jewelry making DIY. Please be gentle!

I made this for under two dollars. All of it was on clearence at Jo-Anns. I do love it, but I'm going to be selling this piece I think.

I made this one awhile ago. I loved this charm when I spied in Michaels.

Comments are welcome!

3  Cute lolita-ish mini skirt and the "ARE YOU SUFFERING?" Pin in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Lizzloli on: January 19, 2009 06:21:41 PM
Ok, so I fell in love with the lolita style, and I'd like to make more complete outfits... Eventually. But for now, I'm molding the style the ways I like it most, so I made this skirt that was lolita inspired.

It's poofy kinda by itself, so I love it.

The bit of red is a pin that I made.

It says "Are You Suffering? EA The Asylm." Sorry it's blurry!
If you know Emilie Autumn, then you know the phrase. If you don't know her, check her out, she amazing.

The letters are hand embroidered. ^^ My first attempt. Um, so ugly green felt is beneath it to add support. With a saftey pin, to attatch it to whatever. ^^
Thanks for lookin. Wink

5  plain black dress slacks= skinny pants or warm black leggings! in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Lizzloli on: October 20, 2008 09:45:52 PM
Now, I'm not a big fan of the skinny jean, because I'm alittle to curvy for them to look good on. Any who, these are a pair of pants I wore to work got a bunch of bleach spots and all that. So I wanted some nice warm leggings to wear under skirts, even in Va it's already too cold. T_T

No before sadly. I thought about it too late! XD Please ignore stupid facial expressions!

6  McCain '08!! (Now with pic of the back!) in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Lizzloli on: September 30, 2008 08:17:26 AM
*MODERATOR NOTE* ANY off-topic or demeaning replies to this post will be promptly deleted.

I'm for McCain and Palin! WOOHOO!! I'm so excited about voting. So I wanted a shirt I could wear to support. It's nothing special, but I'm proud. I so plan on weaing it tommorrow! Tehee!

Now here's the back of it, I just got it done since the front was dry! Yay!!

I did have some trouble this time, but not too must. I don't really like using the tube, I wonder if using a paint brush would make it easier? Anybody know?

7  Harley Quinn bobble in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by Lizzloli on: September 23, 2008 09:34:06 PM
I made this ten minutes ago in a rush which is why it's very crude. I'm dressing as a more modren Harley Quinn from The Batman series. I'm doing Poison Ivy for Halloween! I can't wait! Anyways, heres the one picture I took before I throw it in the oven real quick before class. I;m going to hot glue it to a big red bow I did up earlier.

Like I said, really crude, I'll smooth it out more before I throw it in the oven.

8  An un-origanal, but I'm still proud. in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by Lizzloli on: September 03, 2008 02:35:07 PM
I'm still new to polymer clay, but I'm getting better. XD I saw this somewhere else on craftster (And I couldn't remember where), so to whoever thought of this first, I got the idea from you. XD

I'm a manga nerd, and while, Inuyasha isn't my favorite, I thought the manga was ok. But I loved his necklace. XD It looked cool, but whenever Kagome said sit, well he had to sit. XD So bored yesterday, I made one for myself outta polymer clay. My first attempt at beads of any kind.

10  Insulin pen cozy. ^^ in CHALLENGE 30 ENTRIES by Lizzloli on: September 02, 2008 10:10:17 AM
This is my first challenge, and I don't know if this qualifies, but I decided to go with it.

My boyfriend is a type one diabetic, so he has to take a shot of insulin after he eats. He was sick of running home since he's a guy and has no convenient way of carrying his insulin pen, so I now carry some for him. And I needed a nifty little cozy for the pen and the needle tops, so I decided to make one for the challenge. I made this last night, and I baked the polymer clay button this morning. This was my first use of button holes, and I messed up a little, but I think it turned out good.

I know the button so doesn't match the fabric, but I never match, so it fit me^^
Thanks for looking!! ^^
