3  Platyp-Eye toy Amigurumi in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by Felthings on: June 06, 2009 11:03:50 AM
Ok here we go. The is Platyp-Eye a character created by Steven Ingram. It was coming up to Steve birthday. I am best friends with Steve girlfriend she sent me the links to his comics he is a artist. I feel in love with this little guy (and his hate for humans)

So a idea popped in to my head what better gift to give than a Amigurumi plushie of own of his own creations. Thus I picked up my hook and some yarn and away I want no pattern used at all.
Here he is

I put some fuse(its all i had) wire in is upper and bottom beak so his expression can be changed.

The hat he is wearing was my 2nd attempt the 1st hat I tried making out of tweed fabric soaked in glue and shaped.... needless to say that did not work so well so a crochet it in stead.

Another picture or him next to a screen with the comic on it as I am not sure if I can post links to the web site or not.

Let me know what you think its my 1st pattern less toy. THANK YOU

Platyp-Eye is (c) Steven Ingram (Don't worry I know him I made it for his birthday)

4  Fallout vault boy head badge pin fimo in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Felthings on: June 06, 2009 10:36:18 AM
Ok, here is the story my boyfriend LOVES fall out 3. He was really excited about breaking past his 10000 gamer point score on xbox live. Proud is not really a word I would use for this but any way I made him this card.

I stuck the badge on the card. Yes I know a man is not likely to leave the house with a badge of a little blonde cartoon boys head on his lapel . But he liked it.

6  The badger Badge in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Felthings on: June 06, 2009 09:41:38 AM
Welcome to my 1st post scariness. Here is goes introducing my badger badge.

Not my most complicated fimo project but I hate working with white fimo it picks up every tiny piece of dirt. Meaning constant baby wiping.

The little guy came about when I discovered my work colleges birthday was a foot he is slightly obsessed with badgers. So I said would you like a badger badge he said yes and this little guy was born.

Anyway thanks for looking at my 1st post more to follow. maybe
