5  Little Fat Birds. Feedback PLLLEEAASEEE ;] in Get Product and Website Opinions by Pocket_neko on: April 05, 2009 03:16:38 PM
Helllllllllo0o. I've not posted anything for a while. The other day I cranked out a selection of 'little fat birds' I've not done these before but the other week I made one for my friends birthday and everytime she wears her people ask where she got it from etc etc. So I made lots more, now I would like feedback on them and also what do YOU think my recommended selling price should be??? I want to start selling them but I'm lacking confidence, I just don't know if they're good enough or not, I LIKE THEM BUT DO YOU?? (also good feedback may result in freebies)!

The colours are very off due to my poop camera, but they have metalic hints through them and the colours are a bit more vivid.

7  My new discovery :} in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Pocket_neko on: July 24, 2008 03:17:47 PM
Friendly plastic!!!

Does anyone else use friendly plastic? Any hints and tips you could share? This is my first attempt at the stuff, i think it's wonderful!! I was trying to experiment with putting wires etc, i think i need more practise but I'm pleased with these for a start! Also they're a bit shiny-er in real life, although i was thinking of glossing them somehow to make them stronger. HMM!

8  Re: Show Off Your Hair! in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by Pocket_neko on: June 29, 2008 05:01:10 AM
Hiyyaaa.
My hair isn't that great but I dye it myself and get boreeedddd. Because of my job I have to stick to normalish colours, Red is the only colour that's a bit different I can get away with, so working with this I bleached a blonde chunk on one side, then after years of having the same hair cut I told the hairdresser to cut it shorter on one side and longer on the other, I think she was quite nervous but did a god job anyway!

9  Cupcake Button Totey Goodness :] in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Pocket_neko on: June 26, 2008 03:20:48 PM
I did this bag a while back. I bought a bag of buttons from The Works for about 1.50 and needed something to do with them, they sat in the craft box for a few months and some had the destiny of being a bracelet, others became add-ons to this bag...
The bag itself was free in Cosmopoliton magazine, the cupcake is drawn on by Tulip Fabric paints, the cupcake at the bottom right corner is a pin badge I made from Fimo/Polymere clay! The button in the middle at the top fastens the bag.

10  Owly Otedama. in Completed Projects by Pocket_neko on: June 25, 2008 11:46:55 AM

From a tutorial in Craft mag. I didn't mean to make an owly one, I over stuffed it so had no choice ;] Although it kind of doesn't look that much like an owl? Oh well, they were made from an old top and stuffed with pearl barley.
