van gogh decided to redo starry night in neon colors so all the ravers could have more fun.
wtf i don't make sense.
basically i just used fabric markers on a canvas bag.

yeah, i haven't posted stuff in forever. this isn't all that exciting, but i made it last night when our power went out. and i took a lot of pictures because i have nothing better to do. if you haven't heard of the pink spiders, you should listen to them because they are amazing. the end.

Oh la la....look at them glow.

My tie cuff! I've also made a purse and wallets, and I plan to get those up soon. I just need a few finishing touches on them.

I haven't decided what to do with these yet. I'm thinking a corduroy tote. I'll ponder....


The green's actually a lot brighter....it just didn't show up well for some reason.
Oh, and it's ear is part of a tie, slightly frayed!

the pins are from a jewelry store called helzberg diamonds, or if you go to www.iamloved.org, you can order them (in many different languages) for free, including free shipping. it is a mail-in order, but it's still pretty cool.

for attaching the wire, i actually didn't make a hole. it may be easier to just make a hole, but i just left the actual pin in the back of the pin and tied the wire through the clasp.



you just thread the wire through that little loop the arrow is pointing to. sorry if that isn't clear. hope this helps!

My new earrings...






Anyway, these earrings are made like most other earrings.
1. Cut a piece of tiger tail wire to the length you want the earrings.
2. Loop the wire through the clasp in the back of the pin. You can also take out the clasp in the back if you'd rather make a hole in the pin.
3. Tie a knot with the wire on the pin.
4. Tie the pin/wire to the earring....I used one of the fish hook ones.
5. Ta-dah! You have gorgeous earrings now!

This is really easy to make, no sewing machine required! 
Cut out 3 pieces 'o' felt in whatever shape/color suits you
Stitch around the outsides
Sew an awesome button in the middle
Stick a safety pin through the back and clip to whatever you want
