You did a great job of capturing her! I don't know how you got such a great effect with such a simple design. Excellent.

Picture heavy alert! If you have dial up, don't even try.

I hope you all are ready for this, 'cause your eyes are gonna pop out. I know mine sure did!

I got this huge package from Karen today. The box has this vintage jack-o-lantern coaster on the front. I open it and what do I see?

And that's not the best part, it lights up! Oh, how I wish I could have gotten a pic of that. I told Karen I like vampires and there's Dracula, right there on the tv. This is going to the office so everyone can see it and be jealous. I have a coworker who's as big a Halloween nut as me.

Then I find this!

As if the vintage witch isn't awesome enough, there's a jack-o-lantern on the top, also a vintage image, and inside is this!

I swear, the pics don't begin to do these things justice. This banner is going to work with me as well. The place really needs some dressing up and this is going to really add pizzaz!

Then, I find a little bag with these!

I tried everything to get a decent pic and it just didn't happen. One has a ghost, then there's a heart with orange and black sprinkles, one with tiny black-pupiled eyes, and a scary bat. So I can decorate me too!

Then, I get to the bottom of the box and what to my wondering eye should appear...?

A Witch's Pantry that includes a bottle of Love Potion #9. I can sure use that.  Grin Plus bat wings, lizard legs, corrosive... stuff (that's for the BAM!) and all sorts of other creepy ingredients. I'm putting this in my kitchen to replace my never used spice rack. lol

Karen, you are amazing. This is the best package yet, not to brag or anything. But come to think of it, heck yes I'm bragging. I'm floored, I'm amazed, and I'm so very grateful. You rock, Karen. Seriously!

Love those fidgie magnets, Zenchild. They're wonderful.

What a cute doll, Fosca. I like her little dress.

I can only add what everyone else has been saying. Amazing!

Oh, boy! Alice in cross stitch! I should have thought of that... But I didn't. lol

This looks great on the black cloth. I think it would look good with a little outlining around her face for contrast. If you don't want to go as dark as black you might try a color a few shades darker than what you've used for the skin tone.

I love this! What stitch did you use there?

Acidtrix: You did a great job on those pics. They are creepy but in just the right Halloween type way. They're going to make a great decoration for the holiday.

Kittykill: I've been mooning over that haunted house ever since you posted it to the Needlework board. It's so cool, glow in the dark ghosts and everything. I love the color scheme with the red and black too, very striking.

TAOJ: That lap quilt is amazing. The graveyard painting and vintage cats are beautifully done.

Oh, goody! I was hoping it hadn't fallen out in the packing. I was going to put a poem in it but then I thought, "Well, maybe she'd like to send it to someone." and this way you'd have a choice.

I like your idea of having a swap photo album. It would be great to have a record of all the cool stuff exchanged and with whom.

I so want to participate in this. I hope I get my feedback in time. *crosses fingers*

EDIT: I did, I got my feedback. Signing up now.  Grin

I wouldn't change the baseballs either. It's actually more visually appealing if they aren't exactly even. The stitching is nice here. The baseballs are a cute touch.
