21  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: OTT October Holidays Edition 4 - SEND 10/26 on: October 09, 2012 06:27:03 PM
I'm not done but it's getting closer. A bit antsy about the finishing but I think it will all work out in the end. I can't wait to see what everyone has come up with.

Hi again Plucky.  Smiley

I think I found the perfect thing. I started on it today and I'm hoping it works out the way I envision it.

If you have one too many I'll just drop out. I only signed up to give you an even number. It will really be a time crunch for me to do this swap anyway, even though it's just a tiny thing.

26  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Bigfoot Isn't Concerned With The Conventions of Human Society on: August 10, 2012 05:31:57 AM
This is one sassy squatch! I was so delighted to find this today. What an amazing piece of work on this one. His face is so cute, and the stitching on the hat and flower and his hair and... well, it's all do detailed and beautiful. The Queen went to the Kentucky Derby a few years ago and seeing this makes me think of this Bigfoot sitting next to her in the stands. Imagine her reaction to that. lol

You're such an awesome crafter. You made my day yet again. *wild applause*

Yay! Six more! I'll be keeping an eye out for them.

When you're all done you should do a retrospective post with all of them together.  Smiley

I was so happy to see a new bigfoot on the board today! Every one I see I think is the best one yet, but you keep topping yourself. A derby hat and monocle, how awesome! And the mustard on his chin is the perfect counterpoint. I don't know how many more of these you have to go but I'm loving them. You got some lucky recipients.  Smiley

Another great Bigfoot! The line drawing aspect is different but it works great here. I love the hair stems and binoculars, and especially his bright blue eyes and winning smile. What a cutie.  Smiley
