I really need some help on increases and decreases.  I'm making a J-Rock/Mohawk hat and it requires me to do some increases, decreases, and picking up stitches.  If there are any more experienced knitters out there who can help me with this dilemma, I would really appreciate it.  Arigato!

The one thing I hate about knitting is that my arms and shoulders get sore after knitting for a while.  Also, my fingers start to ache, but that's not as bad as my shoulder.  Ugh!  Any tips for me?

Hey, ya'all!  I'm so glad to see that there are a lot of proud West Virginians out there!  I'm from Martinsburg, in Berkley County, up in the Eastern Panhandle!
