This is fantastic! It brings back memories from when we used to do this as kids, except we just used rubber bands and it was not as pretty!

This is my first pattern I've done that hasn't been in a kit (mind you I've only done one of those and its collecting dust in my craft closet unfinished).
It took about 3 hours (or two evenings of watching tv) and was a quick and cute project.

I ended up just google searching "Owl Embroidery Designs" and came across a cute pattern that is posted here ->  http://zuill.us/andreablog/

Since this is my first time doing this I wasn't really sure how to get it onto my Aida cloth, so I just ended up doing it kind of a ghetto way and printed off the design, taped it onto a bright lit window, and traced it onto the cloth. It was kind of a pain but it worked.
Now I just need to iron it and find a cute vintage frame for it.

I'm already looking for another quick pattern to do up, I'm thinking a sugar skull next.
Anyways, here it is...
