11  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Muzzy The Flumpelbee! (4 Pics) on: July 29, 2009 08:19:20 AM
I was freeform crocheting the other evening, and decided to improvise a fairy type creature. The result was Muzzy, the Flumpelbee! He stands (or sits!) at about 6.5'' tall, made with double knit yarn and a 3.25mm hook. He has little wire wings, which I made from craft wire and sewed to his back. I'm really happy with the way he turned out!

All c&c welcome! Cheesy
12  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Sam The Teddy Ami - TESTERS FOUND, THANK YOU! on: June 27, 2009 01:11:26 PM
Thank you to all the people that have offered to test for me, I now have enough testers! Thankies!

I'm once again looking for testers for one of my amigurumi patterns, this time it's for Sam the Teddy Bear Cheesy He stands at approx. 14cm's tall, when using a 3.5mm (US size E) hook, and took me a couple of hours to crochet. I'm allowing 2 weeks to finish him though, so there's no hurry!

The only stitches you will need to know for this pattern are single crochet, chain stitch, slip stitch, increase and decrease.

If you're interested in testing for me please PM me and I'll send you the pattern! Thank You! Grin

13  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Tilly The Turtle Amigurumi: EDIT: TESTERS FOUND! on: June 02, 2009 12:44:07 PM
EDIT: A big Thank You to the 5 Craftsters that have said they'll test my pattern! I am now no longer looking for testers. Thank You!

I'm looking for more testers; this time to test my turtle amigurumi called Tilly! Grin

Tilly stands at about 9cm's tall when using a 3.5mm crochet hook (US size E), and took me no longer than an hour and a half. You'll need to know Ch, Sc, Inc, Dec and Slip Stitch for this pattern  Smiley

Although this pattern only takes 1.5 hours, I'm giving testers 2 weeks to complete their little Tilly Turtle  Smiley If you are interested in helping me out, Please PM me and I can either send you the typed out pattern or a PDF file with full instructions on Smiley
All testers are greatly appreciated!  Grin
Thank you!
14  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Amigurumi Jellyfish - EDIT: Testers Found, THANK YOU! on: May 21, 2009 04:01:40 PM
EDIT: Thank You to all the lovely people that have said they'll test the pattern for me - I now have enough testers! Thank you very much! Grin
I made this amigurumi jellyfish recently from scratch, I'm pretty happy with it but now I need to test it out! This is the first time I've written out a pattern for others to follow, so I'm new to all this!

I'm looking for a few testers with a fair amount of knowledge of crochet/amigurumi (involves sc and dc stitches), to be completed in 2 weeks. He measures approx. 8'' tall when using a 3.5mm hook, and took me about 2 hours to complete.

If you're interested in being a tester please PM me and I will send you the instructions!

Thank You!
