Thanks! Yeah i want to move there too! that's why we vavactioned to get a feel for it. I love it. But i also recently found out that i LOVE providence Rhode Island. I would have never thought i would like it there. I'm a flight attendant and i had a layover there and wow! It was awesome. so now it's like between both of them. Though, i really didn't get to explore out of the city or providence and i LOVE maine's coast and nature. So i think portland still has one up.

Good job! I just tried to knit up a basic hat and it came out terribly so I understand how not-simple a hat can be!

I love the yarn you used here too. So pretty. Also I feel the need to express my jealousy over your vacation in Portland, Maine. I really want to move up there!

I know this probably seems like a simple project to you expert knitters out there, but i was just on vacation in Portland, Maine and i took a class and learned to make this! I was so excitied

and i added buttons, can never have to many of those.

Ok i've been crocheting for 2 years now, i think and knitting for a year and i'm starting to understand what different yarns and the terms for it is BUt what does it mean to be "handspun"? and if it is something that a crafter actually makes then....how do u make it? thanks!

hello all!

first...Messily i got my package today!!! Thanks so much...i will have to post pictures when i get home because i don't have a program i can put the pictures into to modify them to the proper size, uless you have pics of your work and wanted to post them yourself. That is fine with me.  I love the windchime!!!

second...with doriori and peggeyshennan i PM'ed them both and posted messages to them on the swap board (and now this)  I have some backups if they flake (but i hope they will not) Spinster, thanks for voluneteering, i might have to take you up on that offer.

Third...to all the have sent and recieved, i can't say enough, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This is the first swap i organized, and i hope not the last. I loved it and everything everyone has made is beautiful! thanks again!
