Next, a really cute crocheted black cat, I love him...

A very awesome chicken pot holder, I could never make one of these and this one is cute...

An awesome apron that goes so well with my new pot holder...

That octopus plushie and that octopus painting are so awesome. Another great package!

I too have received a great package from dustbunnyofdoom! Everything is just beautiful and she got the mermaids right on the hook of my tastes! Cheesy

First thing I took out of the box was this very shiny sliver starfish on a letter "I" for my name... (is this a real starfish dustbunnyofdoom?)

Then, a pair of pirate-y hoop earrings...

A sea life-y bracelet...

Then, I unwrapped these very large and wonderful starfish vases...

And under the vases was this...

But inside of the envelope... Some very beautiful sexy mermaid paintings! I LOVE THESE! I already gave the paintings names. Cheesy
Fist before the pictures, there is mature content so be warned!!

The first mermaid is called... Just a little side view... Wink

The second mermaid is called... Look at me boobs... Shocked Cheesy

And the last mermaid is called... I don't think so Davy Jones... Sad Cheesy

And here's my new starfish vases sitting in their new home in front of a treasure chest! Even "lettuce girl" loves them and had to take a look at them! Cheesy

Everything was very beautiful dustbunnyofdoom! I really LOVE it all! Thank you SO much, your a great partner! Grin

Ok guys, remember I said that I would post some of the pics that blue_lalita sent along on a memory card we also swapped with our "jar" of whimsies? Well, I finally decided what 4 I thought were the best. They were all very nice pics, but these 4, for some reason, stand out more to me. So, I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do.  Wink

Aren't they beautiful! Thank you again, blue_lalita. I'm hoping you receive your "jar" and memory card after the holiday. Smiley

I also did a awesome personal swap with crafty_one. We decided to do a skull themed swap and she went above and beyond! I LOVE everything that she sent me and I just hope that I was able to please her as much as she did.

First, an awesome birthday record book, 2 pirate-y key chains, an Australian calender, and Australian slang dictionary. The dictionary is hilarious! It's amazing how people talk. I'm going to have to find an American slang book for you crafty_one.  Wink

Next, an awesome Jack and Sally pin, a really tiny Jack coin purse, and 4 awesome buttons...

Ok, this one is really awesome! It's a metal tin with Jack on it. It also had a cute skully patch on the inside along with some Jack note paper. You really did an awesome job on this crafty_one!

And the best part of the package she sent... And AWESOME lap blanket! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this!

Thank you again crafty_one it was an awesome swap! I hope to do another swap with you. I also hope you like the stuff I made for you. Can't wait till you get it!  Grin

28  Pink Skully Bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by frogangel on: August 31, 2009 04:15:14 PM
Ok, I did an awesome personal swap with Geek Love. She had PMed me and asked if I could make her one of the bags from one of my posts. We had agreed to do a personal swap and she has already received so now I'm posting it here. Smiley

This is the bag she wanted me to make her... It actually came out better then the one I made myself. Cheesy

I also added a zipper and I made a little skully zipper pull...

I had to add a matching card wallet for her too. Wink
Wallet closed...

Inside of wallet...

The bag has 3 pockets on the inside along with 2 pen holder slots.
Geek Love was very happy with her new bag and wallet and it was fun doing a personal swap with her. Let me know what you guys think. Wink

I've also received my "jar" of whimsies from blue_lalita. I LOVE everything that came in it and she really fulfilled my taste in things. Grin

First the box it came in... Hmmm... What could it be?

An awesome treasure chest, that's what! I actually collect these and she didn't even know that... Shocked

And all the awesomeness inside...

And these are my absolute favorite...
Hand embroidered pin up mermaid... Wink

Some awesome metal hand tool charms...

We also agreed to send a ditgal camera memory card with pics of our local areas. I'll have to post some of the wonderful pics she sent, as soon as I pick the ones I like the most. But I like all the pics you sent blue_lalita. Wink

Again thank you, blue_lalita, everything was so wonderful!
