I think it looks good with the stamps spread apart. You can really look at them and appreciate them more. Nicely done!

Those are great a truely original! I'm sure they will go over so well. I too would love to know how to make them.
4  COOKING / Dessert / Baking spree on: July 19, 2009 07:54:41 PM
I went on a baking spree yesterday and this is what I produced...

My first time not just slopping the icing on... the cupcakes are filled with chocolate ganache, too!

I had ganache left over so I decided to bake a cake in 2 pans. One for a friends bday, one for my lovely dog watchers. Made a small bit of caramel ganache to go over it as well.

Thanks for looking!

Sorry for the horrible quality of pictures, cell phone camera.

6  COOKING / Dessert / Delicious Cinn. Rolls! on: June 22, 2009 08:08:13 AM
For Father's Day I made the men in my life the cinnamon buns from this website: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/cinammon_rolls_/   and they turned out soooo good! I halved the recipe though and didn't use as much butter. Still, they were delicious and a big hit. Sorry for the bad pic quality, camera phone.

Thanks for looking!
