1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Cowabunga Dudes! on: February 10, 2014 01:41:14 PM
Hey everyone.  Finished another project from the site Clouds Factory.  I have yet to frame it, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!  Grin
2  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Totoro coin purse on: February 02, 2014 09:21:43 PM
I recently purchased some cross stitch patterns from a site called Clouds Factory and one of them was from Totoro.  I used a few of the characters included the pattern and stitched them on a tiny coin purse.

P.S. I took this before I could lint roll it.  My cat likes helping me with my hobbies as you can tell by all the cat hair!  Cheesy

3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Clouds Factory on: January 31, 2014 07:57:20 AM
Has anyone on here ever tried patterns from the cross stitch site Clouds Factory?  I'm currently working on the totoro one...I'll post pictures once I am finished. Smiley  Here is the site in case anyone is interested.  (and once purchased you have unlimited downloads of the pattern!)

4  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Tribble on: January 27, 2014 01:20:49 PM
So, I came across some fun fur a while back at Michaels.  Unsure what to use it for, I still bought it and added it to my stash.  Inspiration struck when I did a recent craft swap.  I loved him so much I wanted to keep him for myself!  Cheesy

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Minion on: January 01, 2014 12:48:42 PM
Hi all!  Here is a minion that I completed early into the new year.  I started with All About Ami's pattern http://www.allaboutami.com/post/11585794742/minionpattern and tweaked it a bit to resemble one from the second movie.  My coworker's favorite one was the minion that went Bee-Do Bee-do.  So I went to work and countless hours later here he is!

6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Filament on: December 28, 2013 06:28:21 PM
Has anyone worked with filament before? Any tips on working with it?

I'm currently working on a Disney Dreams by Thomas Kinkade cross stitch kit and it involves tweeding with different colors of filament.  It slows me down so much because I have to be so careful to not let it knot or fray.

It will be great once it is done, but for the time being it is very frustrating! haha
7  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Disney Swap on: December 18, 2013 01:36:00 PM
I know a Disney swap was done earlier this year, but would anyone be interested in another one?
8  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / K-Pop/J-Pop swap on: December 18, 2013 01:31:56 PM
I'm not sure how many K-Pop/J-Pop fans there are around the forums, but would anyone be interested in this?

(I have to admit, I'm slight obsessed with Big Bang!  Cheesy)
9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Reindeer Christmas Card on: December 17, 2013 10:16:36 AM
I couldn't sleep last night so I decided to make myself useful.  This was part of a kit of 3 Christmas cards that came with the November issue of CrossStitcher magazine.
