I have been wanting to do this for quite sometime now. 
I reconned a pair of jeans A LONNNNNG time ago and it was long over due for another pair...
this is what I did.....

Jeans before bought at Value Village for $6.99....




To after....
yay fun cherries!!!





All I did was ripped the seams on the outside, cut a 4.5" strip and sewed it in!!! I love 'em and think another pair is in the works!!!! LOL

Hi everyone!!!

In this past week I have made a few hammocks for 2 new arrivals that will be moving into my house on Friday!!! We are adopting 2 ferrets. yay!! lol So this is what I came up with... (lots of pics)

a pretty blue fleece one..

a red fleece one with old jeans for the others side..


hard to see with the blurry pics but this one is a hunter green flannel with black on the other side...



ok now this was a trial by error first time trying to make project!!! lol I know it could be a tiny bit better and I have a few ideas on the next one that I try to make ... but it was my first attempt at making a cube sleeping quarters...


cotton and flannel on the outside...

with fleece on the inside... (hard to tell with it being black LOL)


Most of the materials that I used was excess stuff I had sitting around. So I got my butt in gear and made these for the little ones.

That's just why it's high time to have another round of ROCKY HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!

This will be a 6 Point Swap.  Large is 3 points, Medium is 2 points and Small is 1 point. This can be done in any fashion just as long as it will equal out to 6 points in the end. If you would like to craft more than the required 6 points, check with your partner first and see if that's okay.  Don't want anyone to feel that they have to make more than the swap requires.

  Hi all!!

Now that my partner from the t shirt swap has received I can post these!! yay!!!

I wanted to try something new and different to me so I went out and got myself a little airbrushing kit!! Man I'm sooooo glad I did!!!!  It's soooo much fun and yes I really do mean an addiction!!! hahahahaha I see a blank shirt and I want to paint it up!!!! Honestly I do!!! hahahaha Anyhoo... on with the shirts.........

This is the one I did for the swap!!! And it's the first attempt at it too!!!




I did the Dallas Cowboys' star for a friend of mine and the moon and kitty one is mine!!! 



The BF and I were not too sure what to do for mothers day.... so what else were we to do....but make shirts lol!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the stencils I found online and I even think some of them were for pumpkin carving!!!! hahahahaha Hey it worked!!    I traced them onto dollar store shelf paper that had a sticky back cut them out and went to town airbrushing!!!! I even went out and bought a small hobby air compressor.... works soooo much better then that can o' crap propellant!!!

  Hi all!!

Booting around thru the posts here, I have come to love wire rings... and some of the other amazing trinkets/jewelry made with wire. So I decided to go and get me some of this wire and the fun stuff that goes with it too!!! (yay for Michaels)
This is my FIRST attempt at this wire thingy stuff  lol!!! And this is what it turned out to look like...............






 

I think it's not bad for the first one!!!! hahahahahaha I think I gotta pull the wire tighter in some spots. BUT hey it don't look all that bad and it was my first!!! But I'm happy with it and me likes!!! lol
